Count me in! I'll be there. I'll bring Seven Layer Dip and Tortilla Chips. See you there!

Heads up, Karlene. I want to make a scent out of mugwort, cloves and mint. Does UB have those oils and if not, can get them before then? Please? I understand those will make a killer man cologne.

I would love to be there - but if there's going to be essential oils or scents, I don't dare. So have great fun!

No, we don't have mugwort or cloves (we used to have cloves but it was discontinued). We do have three kinds of mint.

Wendy, is it sensitivities to fragrances? That was my problem ever since my first child was born. If I sat near the wrong person at church, I went home with a migraine. My teenage girls had to keep their perfume in their lockers at school. It was really bad.

UB is my daughter's company. She's the founder and the creative force behind it all. Having grown up with someone like me, she was very careful to choose products that are highly unlikely to cause a reaction. Most of the time it's the alcohol or butane or formaldehyde that people react to in perfumes. These oils and products have none of that--and for the first time in 23 years, I get to smell like a girl again!

There are a few oils I can't wear, but I've only had one person in over 200 that have had such sensitivity that they had to leave a workshop. So if you want to give it a try, you might find that you can tolerate these.

However, if you're uncomfortable with that idea, I TOTALLY understand because I didn't believe it at first either. It took 6 months for my daughter to convince me to even give it a try--and then I was very, very cautious.

I think an address would be much more helpful than a map of some section of somewhere ;)

Believe it or not - it's the plants themselves I'm allergic to, not the additives. If I get anywhere near lavander, I can't breathe. There's another really popular floral that I have a terrible time with, but I can't think of the name of it. (yeah, I'm blonde...) I wouldn't mind trying a sniff of something someone made, if it was during a luncheon or something, but I don't even dare to try somewhere where several scents are passed around.

Next time for sure!

Oh man, I'm so disappointed that I won't be able to be there. I would have loved to have made my own scent! And I could really use the info on increasing my business through my blog. Bummer.

In fact, I may need to drop out :) I will have to work on Saturdays from now on. Sad, sad for me.

I'll be back when my honey releases me from work duty!!

Love you guys!

Wendy, I'm sorry about that. Next time it's my turn, I won't do anything smelly. :)

Shellie, I don't know what happened to that map. When I copied the link, it had my address on the left side and a big red arrow pointing to my house. Sorry.

I plan to come, and wish I had been able to make it on the 2nd. Karlene, I did the personality test, but in the end it just popped up with a blank box. Will I get an e-mail?
